This interactive eLearning course was built from the ground up using the ADDIE model to help employees understand and apply a company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with AS9100 standards. I worked closely with stakeholders to define objectives, developed a detailed storyboard and script, and maintained open communication throughout development. Built in Articulate Storyline 360 and using custom media (Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, and Camtasia). I transformed complex QA topics (document control, audits, and traceability) into clear, engaging lessons using scenario-based learning, branching logic, and interactive challenges. The result is a practical, user-friendly training that equips employees to apply the QMS with confidence and consistency.

Steve and I recently collaborated on a project to build a short video that illustrated a mission that is currently aboard the International Space Station (ISS). The project was developed using a 3D software that helped show how the project was installed on the ISS. Steve gathered the detailed information from our CAD department and NASA. He then built the video by refining the models, defining the movement patterns, and applying realistic materials and lighting. Normally this type of project is handled by a team of people, but Steve had been learning the 3D software for a couple of years single-handedly managed to put it all together is a very efficient manner.
Steve and I have collaborated on several other projects. I have always been impressed with his willingness to conquer the blank canvas.
